If an eligible generation fails or cannot be delivered before its delivery deadline, the Credits consumed for that request are returned once. A 480p request returns 1 Credit; a 720p request returns 2 Credits. Credit returns are separate from cash refunds, which follow the Refund Policy.
Will the characters look like the people in my photos?
Your photos guide the characters throughout the story. Clear portraits can help, but AI may change facial features, clothing, movement or expressions. Exact likeness is not guaranteed.
Is my uploaded photo private and secure?
Your photos and creations are private by default and are not automatically added to public examples. Authorized AI providers process them to generate and check your video. Input access expires after 24 hours; saved videos are available for 30 days. Provider retention can differ; see the Privacy Policy.
How long does it take to generate an AI zombie video?
Generation time varies with provider demand, your photos and safety checks. There is no guaranteed completion time. Follow the status in My Creations; a task that cannot be delivered within the 60-minute delivery window closes and eligible Credits are returned.
Does the generated video include sound?
Yes. Both 480p and 720p request native AI-generated audio with the video. The sound may vary between results; you do not upload a separate soundtrack.
Can I download and share my video on TikTok or Instagram?
Yes. Once your video passes checks, download the vertical MP4 from My Creations and upload it yourself to TikTok or Instagram. Share only with the depicted people's permission, disclose that it is AI-generated and follow the platform's rules. Zombiv does not post automatically.
Do I need a subscription, or can I buy credits once?
